We can offer a free site survey which is essential to ensure your current electrical supply is capable of managing the extra load of an Electric Vehicle Charger and that the protective earthing provisions are suitable. If the extra load when adding an electric vehicle charger to a domestic premises electrical system exceeds 60amps, then permission for the installation needs to be granted by your local Distributing Network Operator. We complete all the paperwork and only carry out an install once permission has been granted by the DNO.
Once installation is complete, we test and commission the new charger, ensure it works via the smart app and register it with the relevant manufacturer. You the customer will then receive all electrical certification and relevant DNO approval paperwork.
We are a Rolec Approved Installer for their full range of charging points for both the OZEV Vehicle Homecharge and Workplace Charging Schemes. We are also approved to install Electric vehicle chargepoints from Podpoint, Hypervolt, Easee, EVEC, EO, EV Box, My Energi-Zappi, Ohme, Anderson and many more therefore giving our customers an extensive range to choose from

Odin Electrical are approved by the government under their Electric Vehicle Home Charge Scheme (EVHS) allthough this now only applies to Rental properties and the Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS). These schemes enable consumers to claim upto 75% or £350 off of the installation cost of a smart electric vehicle charger, when buying a new electric vehicle. Businesses can claim grants of £350 towards the cost of installation of each electric vehicle charger at their premises up to a total of 20
